Project Overview
As someone that has several dietary restrictions I find eating out can be difficult, especially in groups. I'm always googling restaurants in advance, poring over menus and calling ahead to confirm that there's something on the menu that I can eat. Yelp and other review sites use a simple key word search so if someone leaves a review that says "this bakery has nothing gluten-free", that bakery will then show up when you search for gluten-free, this can be really frustrating. I collaborated with several other students to create a desktop and mobile application to find restaurants for a variety of dietary restrictions.

Desktop and Mobile App
Description
We created both a desktop and mobile application for I'd Like to Eat. The application uses restaurant menu data and user feedback to help categorize the restaurants into dietary preferences. The application was created as a proof of concept and was never developed.
